Dr. Nataliya Lakiza Sachuk is a leading International Expert with over 25 years of experience in public policy analysis of Former Soviet Union, including democratization and election reform, governance, economic, ethnic relations, problems of migration, human trafficking and health care. Dr. Lakiza Sachuk has served as a leading expert for NGO’s and has experience in the implementation of more than 30 international projects for the World Bank, UN, USAID, UN DP, UN European Office, INTAS, International Organization on Migration, International Labor Organization, Ford Foundation and Soros Foundation.
Dr. Nataliya Lakiza Sachuk received her PhD in Economics from the Economic Statistical University (Russian Federation) and MS in Economics/Statistics from the National Economic University (Ukraine).
Dr. Nataliya Lakiza Sachuk has completed training programs for advanced scholars with RAND Corporation, Department of State, European Commission, and awarded prestigious scholarships by the Woodrow Wilson International Center for Scholars, Fulbright Scholarship, Trans-Atlantic Program Scholarship, IREX Scholarship.Dr. Nataliya Lakiza Sachuk is an author of more than 150 monographs, articles,reports and presentations.
She is fluent in English, Ukrainian, Russian, has good working knowledge in Polish.
